FastTrack Services Statement of Work

Agreement

Entire Agreement.

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is entered into between Client and Insight, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, and shall be effective as of the date last signed (“SOW Effective Date”). This SOW and the Services (as defined below) shall be governed by the Terms of Sale for Services accessed via the link found at https://www.insight.com/en_US/help/terms-of-sale-products-and-services.html, (hereinafter, the "Agreement”).

Service Objective

Insight will provide guidance and documentation designed to enable Client to configure and administer online services.

Scope of Services

FastTrack is a benefit designed to help you deploy Microsoft 365 (included in eligible subscriptions) at no additional cost. You can use FastTrack services with a new or existing qualifying subscription.

All FastTrack guidance is provided to you or your representative remotely using a combination of tools and published documentation. FastTrack personnel cannot act on your behalf but instead provide you with a combination of verbal and written assistance and recommended configurations to help you successfully enable your eligible services and allow your users to take full advantage of your Microsoft 365 purchase.

Insight is pleased to offer the following services (“Services”) under the terms and conditions of this document. Insight will provide remote guidance and documentation (“Consulting”) for the services described below via telephone and online collaboration tools in return for naming Insight as FastTrack Partner. Insight may potentially receive fees from Microsoft as a result of usage per-workload for the following services.

Exchange Online

Service Overview:

Insight’s Exchange Online FastTrack Services engagement readies Client to migrate their premises messaging environment to Exchange Online, as well as configure and administer Exchange Online services. Each component of the service is designed to provide the information needed to complete tasks covered, clarity to the information via live discussion, and guidance focused on a broad range of client situations.

This phase of the FastTrack engagement consists of sharing documentation and high-level discussion of the listed topics. Conversation is intended to educate the client on basic and intermediate concepts of the technology. Topics include:

Configuration and Administration Consulting:

This phase of the FastTrack engagement consists of review and demonstration of the listed topics; intended to educate the client on basic concepts of the technology. The consulting is accomplished in a lab environment, and is applicable to new deployments of the service. Topics include:

  • Service specific policies and configurations; and their impact on the user experience
  • Basic administration tasks
  • Administration of security and compliance service features

Outlook Mobile

Service Overview:

Insight’s Outlook Mobile FastTrack Service engagement readies the Client for basic deployment and configuration of Outlook on the mobile devices for their workforce. Each component of the service is designed to provide the information needed to complete tasks covered, clarity to the information via live discussion, and guidance focused on a broad range of client situations.

Each component of the service is designed to provide the information needed to complete tasks covered, clarity to the information via live discussion, and guidance focused on a broad range of client situations.

Each component of the service is designed to provide the information needed to complete tasks covered, clarity to the information via live discussion, and guidance focused on a broad range of client situations.

Deliverables:

  • Links to Microsoft authored documentation further explaining the items covered for each technology, and applicable Insight authored artifacts

Scope Boundaries:

  • Consulting for Multi-Geo deployments is out of scope for this service
  • Discussion on any 3rd party software is out of scope for this service
  • Certificate management is out of scope for this service
  • Advanced deployment and custom configurations are out of scope for this service
  • App connection and control via API is out of scope for this service
  • This service can cover apps in one Azure subscription.Apps hosted in Amazon Web Services are out of scope for this service
  • Behavioral analytics and anomaly detection activities are out of scope for this service
  • Integrations with SEIM solutions, VPNs, and other intra- or extra- service solution integrations is outside the scope of this service
  • Service is designed for Microsoft 365 administrators
  • Service is not intended to be comprehensive training, live configuration assistance, configuration troubleshooting, or break/fix support

Insight’s Responsibilities

Insight will provide the applicable and necessary labor, supervision, and consulting resources to perform the Services.

Client Responsibilities

Client, its employees, contractors, and agents, are responsible for providing the following:

  • Prior to scheduling FastTrack services, Client will provide Insight an agenda and list of topics to be covered during the engagement, based on the Technology Selections described above.
  • All hardware, networking, systems, and licensed software to install and configure end user devices and services, as applicable to selected Services.
  • Client is responsible for maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Client’s information on all applicable Client computing systems used to store or transmit Client’s information, in accordance with current applicable industry standards and best practices.
  • Client will indemnify Insight against any claims of improper or unlawful conduct by Client, its employees or agents.
  • Insight recommends client makes a full backup of all data and systems prior to use of the information provided by Insight during this consulting engagement. 

Assumptions

FastTrack Specialists work with Client remotely. They strive to understand plans and uses for the eligible Microsoft products you’ve purchased and provide you with a recommended approach tailored to your environment that helps you achieve your goals.

Business Hours

Work will be performed during normal business hours (MST), unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Normal business hours are defined as an 8-hour day, Monday through Friday, excluding designated Insight Holidays.

Fees

This Microsoft 365 Adoption Service is provided by Insight for naming us your FastTrack partner, and no fees are applicable.

Client Acceptance

Your purchase and use of the Services described herein are subject to Insight’s online Terms of Sale located online at https://www.insight.com/en_US/help/terms-of-sale-products-and-services.html , unless there is a separate written agreement already in place between the parties for the purchase of the Services, in which case, that separate written agreement will govern. Any additional or different terms or conditions contained in any purchase order or other documents provided by you are considered material alterations to this service description, expressly rejected and will not be binding upon Insight. The parties acknowledge and agree that the offer of Services, your issuance of a purchase order for the Services and your use of the Services will establish a valid and binding order and agreement between the parties for the Services in lieu of signatures. You further warrant and represent that you have the authority to place such order, and will promptly provide an acceptable purchase order for the Services referenced in this service description. In the event that you cannot issue purchase orders as a matter of business practice, you agree that in lieu of a purchase order, an email referencing the service description will establish a valid and binding order and agreement between the parties for the Services in lieu of signatures.
