The Insight Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) presented here is the document we use to establish a trading relationship with our vendors. We attempt to implement this agreement as is, and expect both parties to adhere to the standards set out here.
Occasionally we may modify this agreement for a specific vendor based on mutual needs and agreement. Please contact our New Partner Setup Team for further details.
