When Windows won’t boot, traditional support breaks down. Security incidents and failed software updates can render large numbers of PCs unbootable, instantly overwhelming IT teams and disrupting business operations. Recent global outages demonstrated how quickly endpoint failures can cascade into lost productivity, stranded employees, and costly hands‑on remediation efforts. When devices can’t boot into Windows, most remote management tools stop working, forcing IT staff to physically touch each device or rely on complex, pre‑built infrastructure that many organizations don’t have in place.
Intel vPro® Fleet Services, a cloud‑based management solution built on Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel ® AMT), operates below the operating system so that IT administrators can securely access and remediate devices even when Windows fails to load. With Intel vPro Fleet Services deployed, IT teams can respond to widespread endpoint outages remotely, without waiting for users to ship devices or dispatch technicians onsite. Insight is here to help clients quickly and successfully configure and enable Intel vPro Fleet Services to give clients peace of mind in a rapidly changing threatscape.
Intel vPro Fleet Service is a ~3-day engagement that accelerates time to value.
We streamline your transition from concept to operation through a proven framework: assessment, tenant configuration, and seamless Intune and Entra ID integration. With expert endpoint design, thorough testing, and hands-on training, we deliver a deployment that is both rapid and reliable.
Enable Intel vPro Fleet Services that provide:
By combining Intel vPro Fleet Services with Insight’s deployment expertise, organizations gain a proactive recovery capability for their PC fleet. This enables IT teams to remediate issues quickly, securely, and remotely, even during critical Windows‑level failures. The result is minimized downtime, reduced operational risk, and a more resilient endpoint environment.
Insight will lead a phased deployment of Intel vPro Fleet Services to enable remote device management for the client’s Intel vPro-capable device fleet.
A kickoff to confirm requirements and use cases; validate the Intel vPro Fleet Services tenant is provisioned; review device, hardware, and network prerequisites; and align on security requirements.
Configure the Intel vPro Fleet Services tenant, integrate with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID, set up admin and operator accounts, define endpoint groups to control access, configure 802.1x profiles if needed, build deployment packages for up to two endpoint groups, and test remote management/remote access.
Deliver training for up to five administrators, document the tenant setup and usage, and conduct a project closeout meeting.
