Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) is Microsoft's next step toward providing more control to end clients over their Microsoft Environments through the Cloud Solutions Provider Program (CSP). It allows access to be granted at a much lower level than the previous model.
Microsoft requires that clients have a GDAP relationship in place with their cloud service provider. This GDAP relationship allows you to purchase cloud solutions and products through Insight and access our CloudCare® services, including break/fix technical support.
