What was announced?

(Aug. 1, 2018) Insight Enterprises (Nasdaq:NSIT), an Intelligent Technology Solutions provider ("Insight" or "The Company"), and Cardinal Solutions ("Cardinal"), a national provider of digital solutions across mobile, web, analytics and cloud, have entered into a merger agreement under which Insight acquired Cardinal.

Cardinal is a national solution provider with eight locations throughout the Midwest and Southeast, 20+ years of experience and expertise, and an established process for helping clients be more creative and flexible in responding to user and stakeholder feedback through digital solutions across mobile, web, analytics and cloud.
