How the GETMod foundry operates

GETMod is organized into curated groups. Each group represents a distinct area of the foundry, bringing together the perspectives needed to shape what comes next. Participation is intentional, collaborative, and focused on impact.

Inside GETMod, modernization is pressure tested across people, processes, tools, and spaces. We intentionally work at the edge of what’s possible. When an edge solution proves its durability and delivers measurable outcomes, it’s published into the annual update of Insight’s North Star ecosystem for IT Operations. This selective, outcome driven model ensures the North Star remains credible, durable, and grounded in real enterprise experience. 

Organizational — where enterprise challenges become scalable operating patterns 

Designed for enterprise IT and business leaders, this group brings real operational complexity into the foundry. Participants gain early exposure to emerging modernization techniques, engage in executive peer roundtables, and receive strategic guidance from Insight experts. Their role is essential: validating what works under real world pressure — not just in theory. 

Partner — where technologies are coincubated and proven before scale 

Strategic technology partners test, integrate, and refine their innovations alongside Insight and enterprise operators. Through coincubation, they gain early validation environments and feedback directly from the teams who will ultimately run these solutions at scale. Here, technology demonstrates its relevance, strength, and staying power before entering the broader ecosystem. 

Seller — where innovations meet market reality 

Built for elite sellers and technical advisors, this group provides early visibility into solutions emerging inside the foundry. Participants gain frontline access to subject matter experts, work with prerelease playbooks, and help validate whether innovations are not only viable — but ready for client adoption. 

Leadership — where future standards and direction take shape 

This group, composed of executives and transformation leaders, serves as the design authority within GETMod. Through peer forums and strategic foresight sessions, leaders identify signals early, guide long term priorities, and help determine which innovations should advance into the North Star ecosystem.
