Achieve Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative compliance
The Canon Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative (FADGI) Compliance Installation Package helps government agencies meet FADGI recommendations that should be followed when it comes to scanning, processing and creating digital replicas of permanent hard-copy documents and records.
On-site installation
- The Canon FADGI Compliance Installation Package is available on the imageFORMULA G-Series Production Scanners (G-2110/G-2140). This package makes it simple to replace the firmware of select imageFORMULA scanners with custom firmware designed to generate images that conform to the quality and performance guidelines defined for the FADGI Modern Textual Records category.
- During the on-site installation, a Canon service technician will install the firmware onto the Canon scanner and configure Canon CaptureOnTouch software.
Streamlined verification
- As part of the Canon FADGI Compliance Installation Package, the Canon service technician will also test the compliance to confirm that the Canon scanner is ready to start generating FADGI-compliant images.
- Additionally, a verification report will be supplied via email confirming FADGI compliance.
Peace of mind
eCarePAK® extended warranty program can be added to most Canon units to lengthen manufacturer service and support coverage. eCarePAK services, available from Insight Public Sector, provide additional support from award-winning U.S.-based call centers to maximize the productivity and longevity of Canon devices. This can save on costs associated with post-purchase maintenance and help maximize uptime throughout the product life. Protect your assets for as long as five years total and seven years for imageFORMULA.

The Canon IX-R7000 Card & Badge Printer provides customized smart badges on the fly, and features a removable hopper to quickly secure unprinted badges to prevent unauthorized badge creation, so you can keep your personnel safe.
