To locate your UPS model and serial number, you’ll need to locate a white barcode sticker on the back or on the bottom of your UPS (depending on model).
The top row of the barcode sticker indicates the UPS model number. The bottom row indicates the UPS serial number. The first two numbers in the serial number indicate the year that the UPS was manufactured.

For example, if your serial number is XX1915XXXXX, this means your product was manufactured in the year 2019 (XX1915XXXXX) in the 15th (XX1915XXXXXX) week. The age of the UPS will also help you to determine where your UPS is in its lifecycle.
