We support our teammates’ health and happiness, and we believe that work-life balance is important. That’s why Insight’s Vacation Policy provides teammates with paid vacation time based on length of service to the company, starting with three weeks (15 days) per year.

Insight recognizes nine paid holidays throughout the year for full-time and part-time teammates.
Holidays falling on Saturday will usually be observed on Friday. Holidays falling on Sunday will usually be observed on Monday. Insight also offers teammates up to three “floating holidays” per calendar year, to use at your discretion.
To serve our clients, some departments at Insight are open 365 days a year, and some teammates may have to work on certain holidays. If that’s the case, you’ll be eligible for holiday pay during these occasions.
Insight offers support to help you excel in your current role and cross-training to help you grow and develop new skills.
Instead of “ratings, rankings and scores,” we use the Connection performance management and evaluation process. It includes regular check-in meetings with your manager, where you’ll set, monitor and adjust your goals.
Integrated in our teammate intranet is a learning management system tool we call Percipio, where you can access trainings and relevant coursework (most are less than 30 minutes) to help your career development.

Insight is committed to protecting the environment, including pollution prevention to reduce the adverse environmental impacts of our activities and services. Through a program of continual environmental improvement and monitoring, we look for opportunities to reduce consumption and improve efficiency, including the consumption of energy from sustainable sources, monitoring and minimizing the generation of waste at the source, and taking steps so that waste is handled in a safe, environmentally acceptable manner.
We also promote the use of suppliers and contractors who are improving their environmental performance. We involve employees in the process of setting and publishing environmental objectives, improving the working environment, and seeking individual commitments and contributions to our initiatives.
