Insight has once again been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women, marking our third appearance on the list in four years. We rank #253 (#13 in IT software and services) among 700 companies on the 2025 list, published today.

At Insight, we’re proud of the progress we continue to make. Women now represent 38% of our officers and 30% of our board of directors — exceeding the 29% industry average for senior leadership roles, according to McKinsey’s latest Women in the Workplace report. These numbers show how we’re putting our values of hunger, heart, and harmony into action.

We continue to invest in programs that help women advance in technology and leadership. Our partnerships with organizations like ATHENA International, Women in Cloud, and Girls Who Code, along with our highly active Women With Insight teammate resource group, provide meaningful opportunities for mentorship, skill-building, and community.

This recognition follows other recent honors from Forbes, including being named one of the World’s Best Employers and one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity. Together, these accolades affirm our commitment to creating a workplace where talent rises, ideas flourish, and everyone can make an impact.

Forbes, in partnership with Statista R, compiled the list based on independent surveys of more than 140,000 women in the U.S. Respondents evaluated their own employers and others in their industry, with scoring weighted toward leadership representation, pay equity, and inclusive workplace culture.
