TEMPE, Ariz., July 15, 2019 – Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), the global systems integrator of Insight Intelligent Technology Solutions™ for organizations of all sizes, was named a finalist in two Microsoft 2019 Worldwide Partner of the Year categories, Customer Experience and Education.

Insight was honored among a field of top Microsoft partners from 115 countries for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

Connected Workforce solutions enhance Office 365 customer experience

As a Customer Experience Partner of the Year finalist, Insight was recognized for its rich ecosystem of solutions, services and educational resources supporting deployment, integration, optimization and management of Office 365. Insight trains clients on how to minimize costs and migration downtime while maximizing employee adoption of the cloud-based productivity platform.

“Our clients are looking to provide consumer-like experiences for their workers that encourage collaboration and productivity. They want to make the right IT investments that help them compete and grow. We’ve made a concerted effort to help them understand how to control costs, take on the heavy lifting for an Office 365 migration and ensure ease of use for their employees,” said Bob Kane, senior vice president of product marketing, Insight U.S.

Through insight.com, clients have access to educational landing pages, webinars and business use cases that are easily consumable and designed to help them explore, evaluate and expand their Office 365 experience along each step of their migration to the cloud. Insight’s omni-channel approach to a modern customer experience also includes personalized videos, emails and other nurture streams tailored to an organization’s specific needs. A client success team also celebrates customer achievements via an extensive partner network by developing case studies, positive reviews, active user groups and co-speaking opportunities at industry conferences.

Further, Insight’s sales and service delivery professionals help clients assess how to consolidate products they’re already using with a migration to Office 365, streamlining the associated costs with licensing management, adoption and support. The company can bundle Office 365 subscriptions with Insight Connected Workforce solutions, including standard 24/7 IT support (Levels 1-3). Insight’s Microsoft® Customer Immersion Experience also lets clients test-drive Microsoft 365 with an Insight facilitator, in-person or virtually.

Insight Digital Innovation empowers educators, students

Together with Microsoft and the Western Australia (WA) Department of Education, Insight’s Asia-Pacific Digital Innovation team created and implemented a student record management system built on Azure-based services in support of the School of Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). The system collates data from teachers, students and school administrators across 1,100 schools for performance reviews, grades, awards, certifications, statistical analysis and administrative reporting while reducing SCSA’s carbon footprint.

Insight helped SCSA expand its recordkeeping from 60,000 students in grades 11-12 to more than 465,000 students spanning grades K-12. The solution unified legacy databases into a cohesive user experience, adding new security capabilities and cloud services within Azure to allow for future growth. Further, an improved student portal gives students greater access to exam schedules, extracurricular activities and their education certificates.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as a global finalist in the Microsoft Partner Education category. Over the last two years, Insight Asia-Pacific has heavily invested in developing repeatable intellectual property to deliver digital transformation outcomes for our education clients,” said Mike Morgan, vice president and managing director, Insight APAC. “Insight has helped a number of education institutions harness the power of the cloud, advanced analytics, cognitive services and intelligent agents so students and educators have better real-time insights to help them perform at their best.”

Microsoft awards are presented across 41 different categories, with finalists chosen from a set of 2,900 nominations from 115 countries.

“It’s an honor to recognize finalists and winners of the Microsoft 2019 Partner of the Year Awards,” said Gavriella Schuster, Corporate Vice President, One Commercial Partner, Microsoft Corp. “These companies are successfully leading their industries, building intelligent solutions, addressing complex business challenges and making more possible for customers around the world.”
