Jana is a seasoned business operations executive who thrives on leading strategic change and delivering outstanding outcomes. At SADA, An Insight company, she brings a wealth of experience in leading high-performing teams, launching and scaling new functions, optimizing operational efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals. She was appointed Vice President of Business Operations in October 2024.

During her nearly five years at SADA, she has successfully spearheaded transformative initiatives, streamlined processes, and enhanced operational excellence. She has been instrumental in creating and scaling new functions at SADA, including corporate analytics, VMO, and services operations.  

Before joining SADA, Jana led a major digital transformation program at InvestCloud, Inc., overseeing data integration and building a digital platform for a large financial advisor.

Earlier in her career at ABRDN the largest asset manager in the UK, Jana led a portfolio of special projects and change initiatives for a team of 100 investment professionals across 12 office locations. During her time at ABRDN, Jana played a key role in integrating 7 acquired companies, successfully merging their operations and technologies into the larger organization. 

Throughout her career, Jana has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. She has a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, foster a collaborative culture, and drive continuous improvement. 

Jana holds an Executive Master in Real Estate from the Solvay School of Economics and Management and a B.A. in Business Economics. Her academic background, combined with her extensive industry experience, provides her with a solid foundation for success in her new role.
